If what produces the sound of your voice is the air that comes out of your lungs... it makes perfect sense...<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Before a word can be born, one must breathe.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">It is this fraction of a second that sets the rhythm and often shapes the intention of your speech.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Furthermore, breathing isn&#039;t just about putting air into the lungs; it&#039;s about putting <b>tranquility<\/b> in the body.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">And with tranquility, the throat relaxes, the vocal cords vibrate more freely, and the voice emerges naturally\u2014firm and stable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Breathing and emotion go hand in hand.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">So much so that when you feel fear, your breathing is the first thing to change. In an extreme case, the rigidity is so great that air doesn&#039;t come in, the larynx contracts, and your voice won&#039;t come out. I don&#039;t know if this has ever happened to you\u2026 it&#039;s horrible!<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">So, to communicate well, focus on your breathing to bring you tranquility and confidence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">With this combination you&#039;ll go far.
