Even before it became my profession, speaking and recording my voice was already a joke when I was a teenager. I used to record, on my 3 in 1, on k7 tape, a kind of radio program where I usually played games with schoolmates interspersing snippets of songs.
Officially my broadcasting career started in radio, at age 17, at Jovem FM in Itajubá-MG, my hometown. The enchantment of the game became reality. I stayed there for a year and a half and then I moved to Campinas-SP, to study Advertising at PUC. While passing through Campinas, I experienced remarkable moments such as announcer and producer at Educadora FM for three years. A station that I admire a lot and where I made several friends. Together with Gustavo Souza, we set up the audio production company Fábrica do Som and for a decade we shared this endeavor with great enthusiasm. At that time I had the opportunity to create and perform numerous productions such as publicity announcer It is singer. During this period I was also a presenter of TV programs, such as the Shop Tour, and of TV commercials – countless retail pieces for dealerships and builders. It was a new layer of expression, through the image, which was added to the voice in the communication of messages.
While still living in Campinas, I went to work at 89FM in Sao Paulo. When daily trips became unfeasible, I definitely moved to the capital. It was 10 years in Radio Rock. 10 years of joy and excitement, alongside incredible professionals, on one of the biggest radio stations in the country. There, too, I was the default voice for all network stations for many years.
In 2006 I joined the Voice Club, an association of voiceovers that brings together prominent professionals and I started to dedicate myself to commercial voiceover. Clube da Voz is a select group of male and female announcers of which I had the honor of being President between 2018 and 2021.
In these more than 30 years of career, I have voiced many, many campaigns for major national and international brands. I was the voice of the super line – the telephone service – at Santander in Brazil for 5 years, a very curious job to do. In addition to commercials for radio and TV, I also record voice-overs for several productions:

I've been to default voice from the TLC channel of the Discovery group, from 89FM in São Paulo, from Rádio Cidade in Rio de Janeiro, from 98FM in Belo Horizonte and from Mundo Livre Fm in Curitiba. Currently Beach Park FM from Fortaleza-CE and Alvorada FM from Belo Horizonte speak with my voice.
As storyteller I've recorded hundreds of documentaries for Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, Nat Geo, VH1 and TV Cultura. I am currently the official voice of the UFC Countdown documentaries on Combate and Behind the Music on MTV.
Composing, playing the guitar and singing had always been a very present and pleasurable activity in my life until it became a reality. I had the opportunity to compose and record 3 albums with only original songs. “Sem Final” in 2011, “Santo Bandido” in 2014 and “A vida não é só” in 2017. I had very interesting and thought-provoking experiences as an announcer in electoral political campaigns, at municipal and state level across the country. Always respecting my political convictions. Incidentally, this is a topic that interests me so much that it took me back to college. I am currently a graduate student in Political Science at FESPSP.
In recent decades, much has changed in the audio-visual production and voice-over market. From a routine of spending the day moving around the city, from studio to studio, today 100% of the recordings are done remotely. From my studio in São Paulo, I serve clients from all over Brazil and abroad. Looking at the little red button that says 'rec' flashing and being in front of the microphone to give voice and life to a script, to an idea, continues to enchant me.

I've always loved the plasticity of the voice and how much meaning there can be in each nuance of speech, but I believe that you need to understand before speaking. I like to study the texts and experiment. This is the only way to achieve the objectives of the message. Whether for a commercial, an institutional video, a radio and TV promotional call, a documentary, an application or an event, count on me to find the best way for each voiceover.
